Swiss or just worn+

old viking road bike bb cups dont fit, 68mm shell ,any one had same problem or know a solution

also the fixed cup size is 1mm bigger than normal
says made in england
non metric cotter pin size?
im baffled

I ear of frame builders that compress the BB and later reamer and re-cut again the threads.
