What constitutes OTP

I ride a langster ( please dont give me any grief !! ) ss at moment . as I bought as a frameset and built up to my own spec does this mean OTP , or is it " custom " .
does OTP mean walk into bike shop and walk out ready to ride job done or what ?
Although I bought frame and forks brand spanking and dirt cheap , eventual build was significantly more than said stock specialized . OTP or not ?

ejay, you won't get grief for riding a langster, or riding singlespeed. Nor will you get grief for building up a bike from tektro parts.

Ok fred , point taken . was just wondering was all .
actually are no tektro bits . ultegra bits , halo track wheels easton stem and profile bullhorns fsa cranks ( dura ace on order ) and a carbon aero post .
am a bit new here so please forgive my ignorance , however have been a mountain biker 4 ages and also a bit of a roadie . will try and fit in given time !

I'm going to buy some big fuck-off pegs tomorrow, just so I can take some fucking stuff off them.

And they're going to be off the fucking peg pegs, and the stuff I take off them will be off the fucking peg prior to being put on the fucking peg and then taken the fuck off again.
