Yes I've just looked at the route, the short part is fairly flat the additional longer bit is rolling, the worst hill is the finish One Tree Hill it's a 1:5 I think, it is on my Grimpeur ride and one of the two I walk on fixed I can get to the sharp bend where it kicks up then its get off or fall off. :)

I was thinking of doing this fixed too (probably the 80km route).
