A friend wants to do it, after I told him about last weeks cycling extravaganza, and so thought it would be good to spread the love to the rest of the west london fgss splintergroup. If people are up for it, we'll meet like last time at the cafe/pub area down the road to the left as you turn into richmond park from Roehampton gate. I'm thinking 6.30-7.00pm

ribs seem to be getting a bit less painful. Only problem now is that my back muscles on that side have seized due to me not moving them for 48 hours. I am debating between deep heat spray and cider right now...
