Bottom bracket advice - London Fixed-gear and Single-speed

Looking to convert to an 80's 10spd racer to fixed gear, wheels are on order- rear is an OnOne fixed/fixed hub on a Mavic cxp23 rim.

Looking to get a Sugino RD crankset, but not sure which bottom bracket would be best?

Attached is a photo of the current one. Also what is the best way to remove the old one?

Any help appreciated!
