Yeah, but she's not on the forum is she? If you could ask her for 'em when you get a chance that'd be super duper.

Most, if not all, 6 days tend to be run on shorter tracks, i.e. 200 metres or less as it is meant to make the racing more exciting. Ghent is 166 metres isn't it?

That video does well to demonstrate the experience of standing in the track centre. One too many beers beforehand and it's not long before you're ready to get on the vomit comet.

There were always two trips one two-day minibus trip and one 24 hour coach trip, coach trip was cancelled due to lack of interest...

I was advertising the last place for the minibus trip on this here forum 'til only about 10 days to go......pity you didn't come actually, Charlene was a great sport, but some female company may have given her a break form those red-blooded ozzies.

great shot. that drop off is short, you wouldn't get a lot of speed coming off the top before you were back up there again. bet it makes the sprint finishes exciting.

Dead jealous - looks a great weekend. good effort you Gents in Ghent

Really good trip that. Gent is so so nice; the racing was amazing; the beer; the atmosphere; Keisse, what a legend. Now I really want a HHSB with aerospoke, a disc wheel, and white handlebar tape to finish it off.
