Shortest bottom bracket - London Fixed-gear and Single-speed

I've got a double chainset which requires a 103 BB, however I'd rather mount the ring on the outside and therefore if i want a perfect chainline I'm going to need something around 100-101. Does such a thing exist?

Are you sure the cranks will clear the chainstays with an axle of that length?

yeah I've already checked for that, and it's tight, but should be OK, I'm fairly sure (after extensive google searching) that there is nothing smaller than 103, so I may have to put the chainring on the inside.

Royce make super short axles, but they're a bit pricey.

yeah it seems there is no option wherein the bottom bracket will cost less than the chainset.
