Jaguar stem - London Fixed-gear and Single-speed

hola,

I was fitting a jaguar stem to my new build but when i'd i'd tighten the bolt the wedge would fall out into the fork... either the wedge or the bolt is fucked. anyone know if/where/how i can get a replacement bolt and/or bolt?

yea, there doesn't appear to be any issues when i tighten it out of the fork, it's strange. i tried fitting a different bolt in there, but none of the others i tried fit. i may swap the wedge before i make a purchase. as i'm pretty sure i'm going to need to repalce something at some point, i was just wondering if anyone knew where i could get replacement, bits.
