Web Designer needed

Hi kids, any of you know of (or are yourselves) a good web designer?

Need to have knowledge of Flash, Dreamweaver etc. and be available on a freelance basis?

Project is for a 2 - 3 page deep micro site. We have a creative agency building the look and feel, just need someone who can code the site and flash elements within it. Sorry bit vague at the mo.
