I heard those white trousers got ruined due to chocolate stains.

My girlfriend got caught up in the chocolate frenzy too.

Though in her case it was two bars - she had Club/Tropic On 'Er...

I thought that was a myth started by the dairy industry. Doesn't too much dairy in the diet 'leach' calcium from the bones, and actually exacerbate osteoperosis?

I don't know what to believe anymore...

I also heard that the best defence against the aforementioned condition is weight bearing exercise. Apparently it's the most effective way to retain bone density in the face of age-related tissue atrophy.

But caffeine also protects against Parkinsons and to some extent Alzheimers.

I'll have to weigh up the pros and cons before making a decision on that one.
