Quick question - who apart from Hub Jub are good for quill stems and 27mm seat posts?

Had a Google, had a quick search on here as well but wondered if anyone apart from Hub Jub carries new old kit? I'm after a quill stem and a 27mm seat post. There are some bits on fleabay but nothing that took my eye. Just want to explore all the options, thanks in advance.
