Bottom bracket help - London Fixed-gear and Single-speed

ok, have just put a superbe bottom bracket in my new build, but there's a lot of thread still exposed. how much is too much? i'm guessing what i have here is too much.

anyone have any advice?

looks fine. old school loose ball BB's are often like that.
