I've been distracted, so I've not even thought about food yet. There will be some haloumi action at some point. Oh and I've persuaded Gwyn to bring pudding.

To the DJ's - sorry I've not been in touch. There's an excel spreadsheet* with times and slots on, I just need to remember which memory stick its on.

* object would be proud.

I'm turning up without bike, but with my sis from Grenada, who's never been to the UK before. Her first sighting of a pub. She may never speak to me again after. I wonder if I've thought this through..........

In all honesty, I couldn't think of a better introduction. I've been here for two years and the South Drinks lot have given me the best reception out of any group of new people I've met in London. Plus it's a lovely pub.

Doubletap, don't go messing with the French bar girl!

I've also invited a few non cycling types. Some of whom HH track and drinks people will know. Need to attempt to balance out the gender split innit.

I've, perhaps foolhardily, invited my young lady. So, I'm now in the same quandary as GA2G and am wondering if it'll all end in tears...

Please be nice to her. But not in a special way.

Shenanigans JimJams, shenanigans.

Anyway, we've got a fair selection of people willing to play tunes on the day, but I was wondering whether anyone fancied a bit of Six Foot Stereo, bring your five favourite records action? Vinyl and Ipod only.

I don't think the djs at the moment cover the beautiful and wide spectrum of musical tastes held by this forum. I realised this when I had insufficient rock / metal to please the masses last week.

If you're doing this Chris, if any moron spills ANYTHING on my decks or mixer, then the aforementioned moron's (most expensive) bike will be coming home with me...
Not wanting to harsh anyone's buzz, but dems de rules... :)

It takes years of djing professionally to be able to do it completely off your tits.

I was going to use a stylus to score my tofu, drizzle it with shards of vinyl, wrap it in slip mats and throw it in the back of a hot amp for four hours. Teenslain, you killjoy.

The Popcorn?
Get on the Good Food
Black Ceasar (Salad)

followed by

Take a Look at those cakes

Must work.

Andre Williams' Pass the Biscuits, Rib Tips, Link Wray's Fatback, Wendy Rene's Barbecue, Grits 'n' Gravy by The Fame Gang... I could go on forever... Fortunately for you lot, I won't... ;)
