There hasn't been a night ride in a while so this is a repeat of last years ride that looked great

I'm sure I can make any date, although I may need a place to crash, as my house is probably a little too far to ride to following a night's hard riding.

I take it lots of photography will be done? Wouldn't want to hold people up by spending ages setting up shots...

Forgot about this. Anyone want to do a reccy of the route this time with me and maybe add in a bit more? It was a little make it up as you go along last year.

was a great ride last year and remember it well cos of my epic puncture / repair job. Did get a bit messy after we got through the tunnel and got ourselves tangled up in a few dead ends around the docklands. TT was great at the Thames barrier and should be repeated. Good if it was in sept.

Pete, was that you that hit the industrial razor blade? I think we ended up patching it with a slice out of my water bottle. Great times.

I'm good on the south side not so good on the north side but not too bad. Better than last years north side knowledge though!

@mashton yeah totally. I thought it was ma3ks water bottle. It was a miracle that it was fixable though. Someone had some kind of tape that held everything together for the rest of the night. Epic fail. Be good to do the ride again and see how the numbers have swelled. Think by the end of it there were about 20 of us. Good times indeed. I'll repost the Vid I made at somepoint. Hope this happens in sept

Dates

Not the 13th I have a wedding that day and ideally not the 6th as I have a wedding on the 5th and the 30th is in August and this is a September ride.

Last year it was at the end of September so why not keep it similar this time too.

I say 20th or 27th.

awwwww! i think it should be the last weekend as that's when it was last year, plus i'll be back from holiday by then and i really want to be there as this was the ride where i went fixed! - big thanks to petescotch as if he didn't get that puncture, i wouldn't have seen how friendly and supportive everyone was and wouldn't have had the guts - i'd still be riding ss. so thanks people! :-)
