Theres a Dolan Badge next to them but not in the product title. Are they or aren't they (Dolans)?

Also, what exactly does it mean when a wheel is referred to as a "Clincher?"

Interesting that the rim in the picture has Carbon written on it but the description is for Alu rims

Clincher means for 'normal' tyres, i.e not tubulars. I had a set of these but not for long before selling a bike. They are fairly light for deep rims and couldn't find anything wrong with them.
Luckily the stickers peel straight off...
