I'm just going to list the jobs I need doing here, if you could get back to me and tell me what you'd like to do that'd be great! I've added some of your names already, let me know if I got something wrong and you can't do something.

URGENT!!! Chalk Board Makers: Can someone please make me a chalk board or 4? It needs to show 32 team names down the side and then the brackets of play. I suggest scrap wood (from a dumpster) and chalkboard paint. I'm thinking it will hang on a basketball hoop maybe so it needs to be attachable and not too heavy. I can probably help with transportation if we organize it.

Chaperoning Beer: We will have lots of beer but you will need to have a wristband from me to get any. This will actually have to be pretty strict to make sure that those participating and helping out get as much as they would like, I'm doing it in 1 hour shifts and no beer is to be given away until 11am at the earliest. I reckon 2 people working it at a time makes it more fun. Please tell me the hours you will cover 11am-7pm (we'll also need people to help get the leftovers into the van and over to the party)

I am more than happy coming by friday and making the chalk boards... and rustling in transport of the boards (gabes ;)) and even up for the tear down!

How big are the boards ray? Will they fit in a Golf?

Just went for a ride found a bit of board with ferris went for a pint then went back to collect...
cut the fucker in half cos it was way too big to carry...
painted both sides with black board paint and hey presto...

I think it might need another coat!
