You mean 'steerer' size ?

If he means 'steerer' size, simply measure the diameter of the steerer tube, it will be 1 inch or 1 and 1/8th of an inch.

EDIT, seems it is threaded it is likely to be 1 inch and not 1-1/8th.

I hasn't even notice that, that a fucklong threaded! I'll get that anyway, I want to change my threadless ahead set into a threaded one on my Bianchi.

Is there much rust in the steerer tube of the forks? I only ask because from the crappy picture, it looks like there is.
