Fixed gear bike

i've decided i need something quicker to get around on than my bmx so am after a fixie. I'm 6'0" and have a buget of about £200 and can collect from the london area. if anyone has anything they can suggest or knows someone who does please help me out.

If it helps i'd prefer flat bars and fewer colours (such as black/chrome) but am open to suggestions...

Unicack?

they're cheap but shit tho read this thread, spend a bit more time and effort (and money if you can), search for 'Off the Peg' or OTP in the forum. More fun to build your own.

You could probably try and piece one together for that, but for £200 you would be pushing it flower.

Plenty of Fixed bikes around the Cat and Mutton though, just standing about posing and not ridden.

£10-30 on an old road bike from the 80's, £50 to100 for a whole new rear wheel for fixed gear, and the rest of the money is to spice up the bike nicely.

they're legit just SHIT. They may look ok, but the parts are cheap and generally shoddy
read through the unipack thread for more details

EDIT: I thought they were legit in the sense that they are not stolen? but just crap?

Dammit
My Pug conversion was cheap as cheap- until I had to buy a new saddle as the original was trying to sodomise me.

Still coming in at around the £200 mark mind you- mainly due to buying bits off this forum, and finding the frame next to a bin.

For 200 notes you're best off staying on here and watching and waiting. .
