I'm still tickled by the idea of ridding (sic) long distances.

Maybe we should ban anything more than 2 miles? The world would be a much smaller place, and people would have to learn to live together in harmony.

I have to.

my route is through a common, there are no shops. If I get caught short half way I have to survive on berries and water from the stream.

Sexydale, when ridding to the shops I often get intense pain in my saddle region. Do you have any advice for this? Do I need to buy a new saddle? My knees are often in pain should I be stretching? Can you recommend some good stretches?
