You think its funny but really, its not.
You have no idea how hard it was to get men to relate to me as a fellow rider before this scene started growing, instead of some fish who also rode. I was not showing up competing with the boys to score a BF or a shag, but because I liked riding my bike.
The best part about the bike scene is that anyone can be a part. Its about the bike and the pleasure we all get from riding.. not who you are. It's great because its inclusional a place where two wheels comes before being a boy or girl or hot or not and a place where sexism is at bay to a huge degree. (clearly not completely - one only has to see the shock on a guys face when a girl knows how use a BB tool, recut threads or sheldon a brake together in emergencies)

I've been paying attention to 'hoxtonfixie's posts and their so unreal it HAS to be a wind up.... like there has been a couple of times where this supposed character has jumped straight into defense with offense..... it lacks common sense so much of how you treat people i am convinced until sightings that its a windup

I don't know much about the interwebs but is there any way that peeps can be limited to just one username per IP address...or something like that? Sure, that might not stop the real idiots with foolish questions but it might stop all this alter-ego stuff going on. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a good laugh. But it's happening quite a lot.
