corrugated plastic. cut big circle. cut v out of big circle attach to spokes with tie wraps. get puncher. realise you have no hole for the valve.scream and shout for a few minutes. go to pub and fuck bike right off for 4 weeks. try again from the top.

If you cut a V out of a circle it will not be a circle when joined right?
Might need a slight snail-shell shape.

Cut large circle, cut hole for hub and valve access, cut thin triangle to make the disc 'cone' (work out the maths first) - cut some more small holes around the edge to help you zip tie to the spokes.

gaffer tape across the spokes.
and no if you cut a V out it wont be a circle it will be a cone strangely enough.
peice of wood. hole in the middle. fit hub though hole. attach a tyre with super glue.:P

60m roll of carbon nano tube weave industrial oven epoxy resin hub and of course double sided sticky tape they never built anything on blue peter without double sided sticky tape

i ended up making it out of cardoard and sellotape, then gaffa taped it all up. anyone wants one message me, there gonna be around the same price as the mavic disc wheel and there lighter.....
