| | Lo-profile rim, no silver sidewall 700c? Is any one else craving non deep v looking rims, something along the lines of old Mavic MA40's with that uniform colour? The Lo-pro in the title doesn't relate to the bike but the rim style. Did find dt swiss 29er disk rims a few months back but lost that link now. Any ideas throw them this way. Thanks |

![]() So, a uniform grey colour all over...however, the braking surface is still textured, but it doesn't detract from the look at all. Look great with gumwall tyres for a classic look! Those other mavic rims you're looking at are aimed more at the tourer or hybrid market, and yes, they will be quite wide meaning that you wouldn't really be able to put a 23c tyre on there; 28c or above is the norm with those. | |
