found em at a wholesaler... so they do still make em. Good to see they're still selling the 27s in lots of sizes too. Its just that retailers won't stock em. I guess 23 for a touring tyre is a bit small for most buyers.

Maybe they did do a 23 but don't now - couldn't find one on the manufacturer's site or elsewhere
