I have an idea how to fairly distribute the prizes.
Why don't we have a points system like the formula one
For each race, the first person gets 10 point, second eight, third six and so on
Whoever has the most points at the end gets first choice of prize, second gets second pick etc...
That way, there should be enough for a lot of people ( hopefully ) and people will be really trying for placings.

Will require a bit more organizing but people will be racing for a real incentive too

we won't be able to do everything people want all in one afternoon, (not if we split the cats, which has been pretty much decided on) but we'll have some good racing, we'll try and find a balance between sprints and endurance

I'm for this too - maybe we can have some other prizes, i.e. best turned out rider, most entertaining suicide break that kind of thing (I might have a chance of winning one then!)
