Power is the rate at which work is performed.
The faster you can push a gear the more power. ie. cadence is important.

Sprinters train for leg strength and leg speed and give he's fucking fast on the track I'd imagine his top-end leg speed is stupidly fscking fast.

tickets are selling fast, we've nearly sold half our pre-event allotment of 200 and entries are coming in fast too, the list on the site is not reflective of how amany have entered as number of people have not supplied the name of the second and third people they have paid for and some people (ooh!) have asked to remain anonomous!

I've raced against this guy at HH, despite his advancing years is incredibly quick, knows all there is to know about sprinting and as far as I can remember smokes between races......true Rollapaluza style!

Pete Mitchell paid for Dave to enter....quite a strong team shaping up there......
