Dodgy chainline

The chainline on my Orbit Pista's never been perfect (since I got it anyway) so I've run it on an 8 speed chain which has been just about OK. Thing is, I got knocked off a few months ago and it's worse - not terrible but a PITA. I've been living with it for a while and it's really been pissing me off.

Am assuming the frame (or possibly the chainring but unlikely) got bent when I got hit. Any suggestions about how to fix it? Spacers on the hub? Try to bend the chain/seatstays backinto shape? Cold set? Is there anyone about town who does frame aligments? I love the frame and it's in really good shape apart from this but I'm thinking it's not worth spending a packet on...

Cheers in advance for any advice. Mullet.
