its a lovely victorian house in the middle of homerton that has just been renovated before roxy, mike, agata and I moved into it three months ago.

there are three bedrooms upstairs, a really spacey living room with wooden floors and a modern, brand new kitchen with access to the garden downstairs.
the room is one of the two smaller bedrooms (still decent size), which features white walls, cream carpet, a big window facing south and a wall closet.


We're looking for a clean, easy going person who wants to create a home not just crash in a house. As we are all very much bike people you will be happiest here if you are a bike appreciator, though no need for a bike nut (we have 3 already), please feel free to bring a new hobby to the mix! Also we live with one wonderful cat so you must be willing to stroke him daily.

£ 409 is without the council tax, it's just the basic rent

Ah long gone are the days of £150 rent a month with all bills inc..this was in my flat in Paisley in Scotland so the risk of getting stabbed was slightly increased and scurvy was rife.. but twas a homestead to be proud of none the less.
