Right, I may be being a bit dim, but those Brooks forms can't be saved, therefore can't be emailed once they are filled in. How are people sending their forms to roxy? By post? Fax? Can we just email roxy with the needed info?

if I understand correctly, we get emailed the forms (hasn't happened yet) print them out, sign them and send them to Roxy, and she sends/gives them to Brooks? or we send them directly to Brooks.
