| | Big up for Brooks customer service I wrote an email to them recently after some new bar-tape came apart in my mitts when putting it on for the first time. I received a replacement this morning for the whole kit without them even wanting to see receipt, original broken tape, etc.. They simply took me at my word and promptly replaced the item with no questions or quibbles. That's quality Customer Service in my book. :) |
