Accident this morning - Camberwell

Saw some fella with his back wheel under a bus. He looked ok but the bike less so. Was talking to the police when I went past.

Hope you're ok dude, no idea if he posts on here or not.

Lucky mofo,

remember seeing pictures of an indian woman with her head squashed over the pavement by a bus.

The image haunts me, I have to weave a lot of buses, sometimes a wall of 10 on each side with only a bike width in between, cant help but wince.

Very lucky to just have his wheel squashed.

I saw this as well. Roadie guy in lycra. The bike's back wheel was literally squashed under the front outside wheel of the bus. He looked fine, standing there more perplexed than anything. A lucky escape methinks.

I er, was on the bus that squashed it! I have to say, i'm not sure what happened as the cyclist (an ozzie, not that it makes any difference mind, unless of course you are Dogsballs then that's a whole different story, annnnnyway...) we went past him and he was on our left and he started shouting at the bus for cutting him up, then, we stopped to let more lunatics on the bus and he ended up on our right with his wheel under the front tyre and then hurled abuse at the driver who looked a bit shocked by it all. I haven't a clue who's fault it was but i think the cyclist was coming over to the bus window to shout at him about being cut up and then somehow colided... i think it could have been avoided.... still crap and i hate seeing that happen to anybody but being a spectator on this one, again, i really do think it could have been avoided.

Heh heh.... nearly, but not quite :)

Was heading to pick it up as left it at mates house.

Camberwell is an ok place, could be better but it's really close to the city/west end, it only takes me 25 mins to bloomsbury and only 20 to the city or canary wharf.... i love it, gun crime an' all :)

Just winding you lot up. Camberwell is nice, from what I've seen of it (once you get away from the main cross roads).

I reckon you've had to retract the jibes, because one of the bluds has frettend to stab you up. :)
