Thats a demo lock, we got one sent out to us when i worked in Hellfrauds. Its made of clear plastic so you can show customers the locking mechanism. Definately a FAIL. Also i note that theres a wheel from a Carrera mtb locked up to a beater bike, someones had sticky fingers i think.
