Condor Percorso - London Fixed-gear and Single-speed

Has anyone tried, riddenor got one? They cost an arm and a leg, but I've never even seen one. I like the anonymity as well.

somebody had one stolen a while back!
i like the ride/geometry of the standard pista so would love to have a percorso or the pista with the lighter deda eom 16 tubing that they don't make this year (was it the potenza?)
