if you try not to think about the price and the BLBness, then these pedals are rather nice:

When is Alex's birthday, or perhaps we could have it mounted as trophy that could be awarded annually (The asm memorial prize)?

It's a very BIG frame so I think it'll go for less than that as fewer people will be bidding themselves into a frenzy.

Yes... but tall people earn more. ;-)
63cm puts it out of reach for plenty of riders, but someone who appreciates that larger frames are more historically correct (esp. for track use) will want it.. rah-rah-rah.. ;-)
Don't be shy - say a number!?

It's nice but I really want something more modern. Ahead + vertical dropouts, basically.

Got this on the bay t'other week...complete bike for £300, with Record bits et al.

Turns out, with a bit of research from the late great Sheldon's site, that underneath the horrible thick powdercoat there's one of these lurking....!

Saw Hilary Stone selling one of these Raleigh frames last night, and thought it looked a bit bloody familiar...and my suspicions were right. So yeah, i'm pretty chuffed, the guy i got it from reckoned it was a Brian Rourke, oh well for him, i've always wanted one of these Raleighs, and i got one by accident...woohoo!! But......it does mean that now i'm gonna have to send send it off to the peeps at Mercian to get it looking proper! Fucksticks.
