Shit... should I quit bidding then? I bumped the bid on that chainset earlier and was about to do so again.

I really like that Bob Jackson, about right for a 6' 2" ish lad like myself, no?

What is with those drop-outs, though? Should I be suspicious, or pleased?

Why would you bump it up and yet not win it?

Don't you ever bid on something by just putting in a bid way higher than the joke bids that start an auction, but way lower than you know it will go for... just on the off-chance that you'll pick up a bargain?

I do it often, and every now and then land myself some hell of a bargain. I was going to go to £100 on the chainset, but now that seems cruel.

Yeah, but you have to be the highest bidder for that to work. You just increased my autobid amount, without actually going over it.

The Custom frame menu options seems to have been taken off the BJ website but Paul ends are one of the standard options on full custom frames.

You might have seen these.

Now I'm as tempted by a pair of campy hubs as the next guy, but I was wondering if they'd be ok for road use, as I've heard the seals aren't really up the job. Does it depend on which year they were made? You see, there's also this
(dura ace low flange, or at least there was until someone bought it earlier, but the seller might have some more).
