True it's very cheap, but read carefully the description - it takes 650c wheels.

It is cheap but I would think at 6' 3" it is too small for you but every one is different on sizing. (For ref I am a smig under 6' 2" and ride a 58 -59) there is a thread on sizing somewhere on here.

It's the 56cm C-T and the guy who owns it is 5' 11"

I'd go for at least a 58 at 6' 3"

As i mentioned in the 'welcome' thread i'm looking to start a fixed build... you guys think this is worth it?

not a Colnago, but has similar lugs, and i'm just under 6ft, so should be the right size...

Not bad if you want a 54cm road bike but a bit much trouble for a fixed conversion. Also if you are just under 6ft, this frame is too small.

So I should be going for more 56/57cm at my height?

You can't make final decisions re: sizing over the 'net but 56-58cm at least would be best guess.
It depends on your body shape and your riding preference, time spent on bike, etc.
I can manage down to a 54cm with an 80-100mm stem and the seat set back. Fine for the Southend ride.
My road bike is 56cm seat and 58cm toptube which is 2cm too long in the top but did me well for 206k on Sunday (90mm stem flipped up and seat forward from centre).
