| | Take hands off bars, take one foot off pedal. (end sarcasm) I can't do them but I'd guess they can be done one of two ways: 1. Take one foot off and use it to hold the front wheel in place while the other remains on the pedal. 2. Take one foot off and use the remaining foot to apply up and down pressure on the pedal to keep you in the one spot. It's just balance. | | Nup. Not on that road, no Lake shoes. There's quite a few of those blue Ribbles around though. Dazzler had the road bike version on the Stonehenge ride in the same colour, for example. While we're on this - who was riding up Holland Park Av on the all white fix with the full length top-tube protector and maybe longish hair? One of you? |

| | He's a pro cyclist.. they have no need for arm muscle. Gripping would just build forearm muscle and add unneeded weight, hampering his climbing ability. http://www.thehippy.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=139&pos=6 http://www.thehippy.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=139&pos=8 |
