| | ack. please don't push yourself on my accord. im beaten and spent on school, so its a stretch for me, too. orchestrating is proving difficult, so i'd never take it as rude. im just getting out tonight because wednesday is the only morning i can sleep in for the next week or so. as for no friends, thats my problem, not yours : ) will be throwing a cake-fiesta on my patio when weather/school permits. i'll let you know when im sound of mind to do such. super appreciate the sentiment, but if everyone feels as shit tonight, i'd feel worse if you pushed yourself to turn up. |

| | shipping and insurance on the px-10 was a bit much to ask of sister. the resources are in place for me to buy a new whip, but i get too distracted if i start fantasizing/shopping.. so its on indefinite delay. it'll come down to a moment of desperation when i'll walk up to cycle centre and just order a pista. ugh. post script, i'm most likely still headed to the thermals show, around 9. |

| | Hiya, I finally got a bike sorted up here - an old Claud Butler with lots of cogs at the back (no idea what that's about). Although my Fuji is tragically left down South collecting dust in a garage, I am now up for rides/drinks in the city and hope to meet you all soon. |

| | Guys, are you going to be playing polo anytime soon? The reason I ask is that I haven't had a game in ages, and also because I want to do a feature in the Journal or the Chronicle on it. Anyone up for it; bit of photography and some words from me? I've been playing in London for a while, but I'm on a four month placement up here with the local rags. |

| | Hello peeps. My internet actrivities have been slack to say the least recently and I've moved back to hexham which has made fixie craic a bit harder but I need to get out on my bike. My lockrings being giving me grief but i'm in the proccess of sorting that so if they're are any planned rides I'll try and get there. A couple of mine and the dr's friends have just purchased fixed too so they're desperate to get out and ride. I could be up for polo, day dependant but I'd also need to lend a mallet !! |

| | firstly, hallo and after lurking on the forums for a few month, decided to register. secondly, spotted someone on a single speed today by newcastle college, black bike with two grips on bare handlebars (that's about the limit I noticed. :D ) and lastly, be aware of a black minicab driver, after flipping him off at a red light as he was revving engine/honking his horn (this was because the car in front of me stalled at the green light, I was waiting for it to move off), he then a few lights later proceeded to explain how no-one ever flips him off, offering me a broken jaw and to settle it on the street corner (this was near the police station on Market St.) but being in a cheery mood and not wanting a fight, let him blow hot air and laughed as he drove off, until at the next red lights he jumped out and seemed to be waiting for me to arrive, I made a U-turn and went on my way. There were two cyclists who passed him as he was getting back in(?) and maybe (Most likely) got some bile from him (Sorry). |

| | doesn't get cooler than having a mutha fucking ice cream cart on your steed. i now know where my next pay cheque is going..... four 80's downhill ski poles should be coming my way at the end of the month. should coincide nicely with the epic early summer i am optimistically predicting. |

| | Week nights are def better for me. For what it's worth, I'm all in favour of resurrecting regular Tuesday night meets, then we all know where we are. A few more weeks and it might be bordering on light in the evenings. We should have enough for some polo action right? Couple of weeks practice, Sparky's article in the paper, sunshine = winner. Matt Phil Pete? Paul Gav Ricky Ali Priya - you got a bike yet? Sparky Of.the.time? |
