I bought, and read the Time Out cycling issue and was very disappointed. I'm sure we all knew about it before that post, so +1 to not advertising.

If you wanted to do an issue that was covering cycling, forget the damn debate, and write an issue that gives good advice to those people who want to cycle in London.
