Have you got somewhere reasonable to get the screenprinting done. I've got a friend whose had large quantities of t-shirts and sweatshirts printed in the past, I could ask her about suppliers if you are interested

The final set of numbers is:

Airfix: S=21, M=59, L=32, XL=12
Rabbit: S=16, M=42, L=20, XL=9
WAC: S=16, M=20, L=10, XL=5

For the quote I'm rounding some sizes up:

Airfix: S=25, M=70, L=40, XL=15 = 150
Rabbit: S=20, M=46, L=23, XL=11 = 100
WAC: S=17, M=22, L=11, XL=5 = 55

There's not that many people, lots have ordered multiples. You'll all have to phone each other before you go out to make sure that you don't clash.

Yeah. But I only really want to do this to a very few number of shirts as it's a bit of an overhead (time).

That's why I rounded up ;) Yes.

I'll make one run though. It will be too expensive to go back later and print 10 or 20. Let alone the hassle. This is once only thing, until you all bang the drums for more designs or something next year or whenever.

I think I've got the unit price back down as a result of the quantity. So the switch to Bamboo might not have affected us that much.

I'm afraid I'm looking for a friendly volunteer to go to the post office too. It'd be a shame if VB had to do it on top of everything else. The guilt would be more than I could take.

I haven't put too much thought into payment and distribution. I'll do that between placing the order (probably in the next few days) and receiving it (probably in the next few weeks).

The easiest thing I can think of is to store it all in one location, have an open day or two when people ride by, and then distribute more via the drinks during the week, and finally send the rest by royal mail.

For the money, cash is cool for those collecting in person, and I'll try and get a Google Checkout account running for the ones to be posted... either that or PayPal + a small surcharge.

Thanks Toby,
(Henry and me are in Oxford)

It will probably reduce the postage costs too. Where/when can we paypal payment?
