Brand new, never used, comes with instructions manual and Mavic tools.

I've had an offer of picking up some ellipse's for £180.
I've been riding the Miche Pistards for a while and need to know if these ellipses are gonna be a good investment, if not an improvement?
Are they a decent track wheel?
