| | Damn, that sucks. And no-one got the peds details? The least the fucker can do is come and give you flowers, chocolates and smuggle whiskey in for you. Are the X-rays impressive? You know we'll want to see them. Remember that when you go in to get a post-op x-ray... they need to give you a copy ;) Seriously though, hope you're alright. When you're feeling better and want to consider tentative steps to getting back on the bike I'm sure a few of us will be around to help boost your confidence and fend off peds. |

| | Mate so sorry to hear it. Same injury as I had a couple of years ago by the sounds of it. Nasty. The worst part was waiting for the operation to be honest. Insist on the morphine when you wake up ;o) Hope you heal up quick - few sessions of physio and you'll be raring to go again. I used attempting to raise a beer can to my mouth as my main rehabilitation exercise. Best wishes. |

| | sorry to hear this mr ashton, it sucks. was the bike ok? i mean, that's the most important thing. as for this idea of visiting the home of the infirm and the nearly dead, as much as i'd love to spend some time looking at sick people, unfortunately i have prior engagement picking fluff out of my belly button. unless we do a 'hospitals ride'. so, what's this elbow going to be made of? |
