They have always started late to avoid the worst excesses of London traffic.

It is also much nicer going from East to West as the start of the ride is quite hectic with all the London central crossings and after Vauxhall it becomes rather more relaxed.

There will be plenty coming back to town afterwords, maybe another rendezvous uptop of Primrose Hill?

Or prehaps someone wants to volunteer their house/venue for a late afterparty? :O
