If the saddle is a brooks, it happens. Remove it, apply some oil/lube in all the joins and keep squeezing the rails against the inside of the saddle until the noise is gone.

JH: make sure everything is tightened. Crankbolts, chainring bolts etc. A loose crank can cause creaking. You'd be surprised how they work themselves loose. If it continues lube up the axle area. If it continues remove all and regrease.

"remove all and regrease" - sounds like a good evening in.

cheers Todd, il give it a go. it creaks mainly when im starting of or applying a heavy amount of pressure. When ive gathered a good momentum and pedaling along, its fine.

Sounds like an arm could be loose. I'd try tightening everything before booking an evening alone with your cranks.

i think its the BB - the creakiness happens with both cranks - il check the cranks first but is there anything i could do with the BB? it was put in tight and correct, didnt think anything could go wrong.

My SS was like this, i stripped the cranks and cleaned the chain thoroughly this morning waiting for BT to turn up, all nice and quiet again now. Noticed my tensioner was loose too and adjusted my brakes, running much smoother.

check the chainring bolts as well. if they're loose, then there'll be creaking.

How did it break? Can it be repaired? Why are you even using a carbon/ti BB?
Everyone knows the £10 Shimano ones are the bees bollocks, the dog's knees! :)

I got it off ebay for £14 I needed a 103 ISO BB This was the by far cheapest option.
I think it broke because i maybe didn't tighten it up as much as i should of when I
put it in... only thing i can really think ok. I just put it back in and tighted it up
pretty hard seems to be ok. the black part is only really a spacer

when your frame flexes during riding the bb acts as pendulum and counter acts weight above it, making the bike seem a little lighter, this can be most felt when sprinting, more force on the pedals= more flex= more pendulum, and your arms are pumping on the bars, which now feel like they weigh less due to the pendulum effect.

the more you know, the further you go.
