Roberts track frame, built for Former world pursuit champion Tony Doyle.

It takes a 650c front and 700c rear. As new, mint. Size: seat tube 59cm center to top x 60cm top tube center to center.


Asking £$€£$€£$€ for it, no offers. Will take £10 off if you are a member from the forum AND have bought stuff from me before.

that is one beautiful frame but part of it's beauty comes from what it was designed for, its raison d'etre. and the arena that i needs to be appreciated in isn't the dirty tarmac of old london town whilst being ridden by an aestheticist not athlete.

MrSmith: i am sorry but i disagree with you - the frame is just perfect for road use and commuting. I would ride it even with a smaller front wheel such a 24" to get an even more aero position and be faster.

Why be the second if you can be the first?

Slack: i don't know the history of the frame but i was purchased from a reliable source - i got a mate who is the salesman at Roberts and will try to get more info regarding the frame - he thinks it was painted in white originally;

wheels: it's a Hope track rear hub built onto a carbon tub rim - the wheels now belongs to Simon S. who rides for the VCL
