can anyone suggest where i can get info on route planning for the above trip.

whats your reasons for going? i assume you will be biking it.

yeah sorry. a bit more info.

i have got involved in a charity ride (mostly beginner cyclists) (raising money for downs syndrome kids).

i think there are about 10 people riding there and two of us riding there and back.

we go may bank holiday weekend.

it is just that i am not sure how much the organiser knows and i wanna do a bit of research myself.

any help or guidance would be appreciated.

i have checked bikeradar and bikely and i cannot seem to find anything useful on those sites.

just got back.

did 610k in five days. three big days and two lighter days. all good fun though.

we got blockaded at dunkirk. we had to hack down to calais to get back. te he.

(not fixed. we were geared).

sounds nice. was the weather alright?

yeah it was mostly good.

on day 2 from dunkirk to ghent we were cycling into a strong wind which made it hard work.

and on day 4 we got rained on for the last hour or so as we returned to dunkirk. (and i got a puncture !).

but otherwise it was kinda hazy sunshine. i am brown as a berry.

cant wait to do the next one !!!

nothing planned yet though. got an eye on doing paris with mikec et al.

sounds epic mate... you got any snaps?
maybe an easties slide show of sunsets and cycles?

i will see what i can do.

but i think the snaps i got were of people waiting around in the pub etc.
