| | Hey, I'm doing this ride with my GF on holiday Monday and was looking for a route. A few were posted throughout the discussion, but it looks like this one (http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path...Start-included) ended up being the one taken, vrai (I didn't go through all of the cheat sheet, but it matched up to begin with, anyway)? Anything particular about the route that would be helpful (if known) before we take off? Cheers. |

| | It's a really nice route, lots of quiet country roads The cheat sheet is fairly straightforward, the only thing i would add would be to go through the bikely route and add approximate distances to each leg. It saves you constantly looking for the next turning when in fact it's 6 miles down the road. Oh and keep an eye out for the Tysea Hill turning. It's halfway down a steep hill, so very easy to miss it. Otherwise enjoy, and have some Fish and Chips when you get there. |

| | Hey, thanks Lebwoski. The idea of adding distances was a good one, so I went into Google Maps and used your directions to map out the route. It makes things a bit over complicated, but it is nice to see it in detail. Here it is for anyone that may care in the future. I also added the bit around the reservoir (not sure if you guys did it or not? It's on the BHF route anyway). |
