I'm all spun out.

they have helmets, all sorts of sizes etc. Just in some very loud colours etc.

They have everything you need, you can just walk in, pay your money, and they'll provide everything you need. And you don't need to be in lycra, you can do it in whatever clothes you want

i *might* manage to get out of bed to watch you do the induction, but i'm not promising anything

Also need end plugs. I won't be there as I'm taking a Sat morning off from coaching but enjoy yourselves. I've just arrived home from the track and there must have been 30 kids on for the session.

just got back, mad fun, the 2nd session from 10.30, which I have to say I didn't join in on was really fucking quick,
great day for it.
anyone looking to do the LFGSS track day, get yourself down and do the induction a couple of weeks before, then you can really enjoy the day itself.
If the weathers good I'll be back there for 10am next week and get some laps in with the big boys.

just got back did the induction which is useful in terms of track etiquette, but it was too busy today to really learn very much, then had a crack at the second session, but gave up after two races in the intermediate group, as i'm cream crackered!

found that as soon as you lost a wheel everyone just shot off, despite the fact that i was quite comfortably in the first few people for the first half of the race.

really good fun and cheap as chips, well worth a go

Great morning in the sun, was a great laugh cycling over there and seeing al the crazy people who stroll round london at 8am on a saturday morning!

Failed to get down the road early enough for the induction, but it was cracking weather for it. Funny watching the hipsters being lapped by the lycras. The fast group was fast. Hope to do the induction soon.

Sorry to Dogsballs for pulling out of the fast race. It was just to much for me.

Anyone who has'nt done the induction should give it ago. Hopefully it wont be as busy next time.

Whos up for Monday free session?

As Corny's already said, 'mad fun'... Shame I had to run off before the hardcore session to witness our glorious victory over the DirtyRedMancScumbagz in the soccerball with Monsieur Blackfoot... Anyways, brill time and great to see so many folks down there... See ya Monday
