| | Howya lads, Am heading over to Copenhagen for a weekend at the end of the month so going to hire a bike to tour the place. Just wondering what the procedure is though? Do they provide the lock? How bout lights (I hear the Danish cops are pretty strict on not having these after dark)? Also, is it a cash deposit or a passport? Any info would be great... |

| | You could try contacting these guys.. I don't really know anything about them, but when i drive past their store it seems they have lots of different types of bikes.. http://www.rentabike.dk/ Or you could just fine some crap bike, but that could take a few hours if it's supposed to work as well. The cops aren't that strict about the lights these days, but still i feel that when your are not in your own country it's pretty nice to avoid trouble with the authorities, except when i'm in germany that is ;) If you wanna meet up with local fixie/messenger-people there's a shop called "TrackbikeShop" in Ryesgade, and sometimes they play polo in "Noerrebro Parken" |
