Going to have to be spacing out a new back wheel for a 130mm rear drop out conversion-but what sort of BB Axle length should i be going for for best chain line? and whats good for the everyday ride- english thread. just want something smooth and hard wearing.

it depends on your cranks and hubs, rather than your spacing

What would your recomendation for both crack and rear hub be? thinking of those us ebay formula/deepv hubs to space out to 130 then something like strong light or something-again just something to work and give me as little trouble and work.....

would avoid formula hubs, goldtecs are good, phils and royce are bling

will phils space out ok? I'm off to NY next week could probably save some £££ who'd be good to build up if i bought them in somewhere BLB's? long as i bought some rims..can't get them in suitcase...

they will cost you a little less in the us, roberto sells them at around us prices. if you can get aurp to build them he charges around 15 and is quite good.
