| | id say it's only worth it if its got some sentimental value or it's an exceptionally nice bike. otherwise, you're better off sellin what you got here and go to shifter bikes or fyxto in melb for a new one, would cost just the same oh, if you're thinkin of selling bikes from here to oz, you'd lose out via air. mate shipped couple of his bikes to melb and that cost him just over £150 each...bit steep i thought, and thats with the rest of his other stuff. if you really need it with you, i suggest just travel with it try some of the ads in TNT mag for shipping |

| | Take it on the plane with you. I brought my Bridgestone back from Tokyo on the plane for free. I went there with some tools and a fuck off huge bike travel bag(You could have got a penny farthing in there) Stripped out the fork got a box over there. The only required was under 20kg and combined dimensions must not exceed 2m. The nice people at Narita even put fragile labels all over the case. Check with your airline. Their site may have this info as well. ![]() |
